I purchased a similar wheel simulator from this company years ago. I paid for re-order and they shipped wrong wheel simulator. Customer service refused to accept returns, refund me or exchange correct wheel simulator. This was the worst customer service experience online with this company. After numerous calls to company staff promising to return calls they never did. They even refused to tell me which truck the wheel simulator they shipped to me fits. After speaking with the president of this company. The owner requested me to return the wheel simulator, after returning the simulator brand new. The staff sent a message saying they will not exchange the incorrect shipped wheel simulator. I have a small business moving company out of Illinois. I can not believe how these people stay in business?
