As a military officer, I have moved more times than I can count. I am used to all of the trials and tribulations that occur as part of a move and I never look forward to any of them. That being said, my recent move with Prime Movers USA to Virginia Beach, VA was as close to perfect as I have ever experienced. Specifically, for the first time, I sustained NO damage at all. This in and of itself was a small miracle, but I think what I really enjoyed about this experience was the ease of the entire process. They came out, in person, and conducted an in-depth walkthrough and an extremely accurate estimate. In fact, I paid EXACTLY what they quoted, with no tricks, gimmicks or modifications. Next, the day before the move, Prime Movers USA professionally packed everything I had, they loaded everything into their truck and they stored it for the night. The next day, they transported everything to VA Beach, unloaded everything and unpacked everything. They even removed all of the trash and packing material before they left! All I had to do was rearrange a few things and that is it, I was done! Can you imagine an entire move taking place in two days with nothing to do but rearrange a few things? Expeditious, stress-free, professional, and extremely cost-effective are the adjectives that come to mind when describing Prime Movers USA! I think the only thing I would have done differently was request they start an hour or two earlier… toward the end of the day, I was getting tired, and I was just watching. I can only imagine how the three movers must have felt. A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

Prime Movers USA did an excellent job loading the contents of my apartment into my too small Uhaul. They managed to fit everything I wanted, secured the load, and protected my valuables. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for moving help.

These were the hardest working men I have ever met. They were very careful with all my belongings, polite, efficient and I was lucky to have them. Im glad i've hired this Movers. Moving crew was super efficient, friendly, careful, and great. We have moved several times and know many things can go wrong, so we were very happy with how smoothly things went. None of our furniture was damaged, for the first time ever in a move. I needed a large piece of furniture to be delivered and put in an upstairs room. It was quite heavy but they moved it with ease and was careful to not damage it. Thank you for excellent service!
