My friend and I were approached by what seemed to be an employee from this salon. He had no business card and wore no logo to represent the company, and his presence did not seem professional whatsoever. Aware of this, he acknowledged the approach, however, and proceeded to tell us of the company, From the way he described it, the salon was said to be of high-end service and the discounts offered seemed legitimate. However, for a company to hold high regard, representation and proper promotion is needed to attract customers. Instead, my friend and I found this experience extremely uncomfortable and unconvincing.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a review about how this salon/spa is because my reservation was not recorded properly when I made it, so my mother and I could not have our special day of mani's and pedi's before my brothers wedding. We understand mistakes happen, but how I was treated in response to how this took place was rude, condescending, and unbelievably unprofessional. At no point was any responsibility taken for their mistake, and I was given nothing but a bunch of excuses with a huge attitude. We were potential new clients and excited about trying them out being near the great neck area. Obviously, they do not take pride in their reputation or care about their customers.
