DO NOT EVER MOVE IN HERE! The place is an absolute nightmare. Read all the other reviews ain't a one of them lying.

I had property stolen while I lived here.

The people who work up in the office are rude and terrible with service. Nobody communicates with one another. They leave out little details that will cost you extra money.

Maintenance rarely does anything effectively.

They try to charge you outrageous fees when you move out. Make sure you takes lots of pictures before you leave because they never actually do a "move out inspection". The people who work here and the company itself are a bunch of crooks.

I could go on and on, but it's just a repeat of the other reviews. Do not move in here!

RUN AWAY BAY BECAUSE AS YOU GET THERE YOU WANT TO RUN AWAY!!!!!

IT IS THE WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN AND EVER WILL

there is no grace pd for renters at this complex if you are one hr late you will pay 10% of your rent WHICH IS AGINST THE LAW in the state of va you have a 5 day grace pd.

the towing company and the complex are jointed together in predatory towing.

So don't be SURPRISED/SCARED/UPSET If your car is gone when you wake up in the am, 125.00 will release your car.

the inside of the apartment well let's say it this way.....I WOULD RATHER LIVE IN A TENT AND HAVE LESS BUGS

the kitchen is still outdated from the time they have built this complex I'm guessing in the 1940s anyways looks like it.

the interior is breaking and falling apart, ugly and grouse.

there is no scenery or amenities

absolutely no money is put into the complex.

only trying to squeeze the tentant pocket

sorry for my french I can not put it in better words than that you will get screwed and there will be no happy ending for you.
