They have horrible customer service. My family was treated very rudely and very disrespectfully over the phone so they never got to experience the massage. I purchased mother's day massages from groupon for my mom and daughter in law. They basically did not want to honor them and they canceled appointments after they were made and also did not want to re-schedule before the groupon expired. The tone was rude and out of line. I reported them to groupon and I will tell anyone I know not to visit this establishment.

I've been going to Leslie for about 3 years now and can't live without her! Her technique is one you can trust and I always leave her better than when I went in. Whether 60 or 90, I always want more!
