Owner/President Laura Beck has created a title and settlement business that takes the panic and headache out of what is an inherently complicated process. As a paralegal responsible title work and closings in a large local law firm, Laura learned the ropes. After two decades, she also discovered that large corporate offices can be intimidating, especially for first time home buyers, and she wanted to do business another way. Since 2004 Laura and her staff have created a title and settlement business with a reputation for doing whatever it takes to get you to the closing table prepared and on time. They have done this while keeping the process simple, and the experience personal and fun. We do more than get your closing paperwork complete. We do whatever possible to keep you comfortable with the details every step of the way. At Seashore Title & Settlements, by the time we get to closing, our hope is you feel like you're sitting around your kitchen table, not under the glare of a corporate office.

If you have ever been stressed at closing, worried about every little detail during the most expensive purchase in your life, that is because you did not use Laura Beck as part of your equation. I have had the privilege of using Laura, owner of Seashore Title and Settlement with every property I have ever closed. Before she opened Seashore she worked at another company and her positive attitude and going that extra mile work ethic convinced me she had my loyalty. I have closed on 5 properties over the past 20 years and I learned oh so many years ago, not to sweat the small stuff, that was Laura's job. A title agent that knows what she's doing for a change.

I've closed several deals with Laura Beck and Seashore Title and Settlements and have never once had any issues. Now I didn't get any fun little stuff like the last person said but I do get quick, fast, and accurate closings. I haven't once had any issues with her or her staff. I appreciate her vast knowledge and she actually helps me out, and I thought I knew it all.



Use her if you want a fast accurate closing. Great for Investor closings and creative investor closings too. I'm glad I found her again.

Very pleasant experience

Laura did the closing for our house in February; she was through, efficient and congenial. Closing on the house was very stressful for us and Laura made it very agreeable. I would highly recommend her business to others. I also like the fun little stuff she gives you!
