I purchased a white rhino e-cig yesterday. It was defective, so I returned to the store today to do a simple exchange and they would not do a thing for me. Sales clerk was very rude and treated me like a second class citizen. He said had I came in last night he would have done the exchange for me. I explained that I could not have returned last night due to the snow storm. He simply said, "Oh well, not my policy". I spend on average $800 annually at this store on Cigars, I will never return.
