We bought our Winnebago Minnie in April 2014. On our 3rd camping trip, a week in Orlando in June, our refrigerator went out. Being away from our dealer, we were refereed to a local repairman. All was repaired and under warranty. When we returned home, we took the trailer back for misc repairs, all taken care of. We have had great service both with Snyder's and Winnebago.

This dealer offers GREAT service! Their staff is very helpful & friendly! Parts department can provide you with anything you need and they have a decent selection of new/used units for sale. If you don't see what your looking for, they can find it for you!!

Visited a number of RV dealers, some pretty pushy. Brandon in sales helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a new Winnebago trailer and absolutely love it. Brandon gave us a pretty thorough walk thru which during we encountered one small issue on the trailer that was taken care of quickly and professionally by a service tech. We have taken three trips already and we love it! Will definitely revisit Snyder's when its time to move up to something a little bigger!

Paid 795 to get a battery operated winch installed and the cables replaced. It only worked 2 times after they fixed it. Rip off city.

Worst Service Ever

By far the worst service I've ever experienced from any sort of auto or RV service department.



First, they blamed the fact that it took nearly 5 weeks to repair my RV washer on the manufacturer. However, I called the manufacturer and they answered the phone on the first try.



Second, they would never give me a straight answer on anything. When were the parts ordered? Oh, sometime last week.



Third, upon pickup, they didnt' know if it had been tested, didn't know where the hoses were so I could test before picking up, and didn't know where the guy was that had fixed it.



Fourth, I was directed to the hand truck to load the washer into my RV myself, while the service guy, along with some sales guys, hung out in the office.



By the time I had tested the washer, the service department had closed. So, I left. When they called for payment, I decided to speak with Mr. Snyder instead. I politely explained the problems and he simply transferred me back to service for payment without even explaining the problem to them.



The bottom line: Absolutely nobody cares. I will never step foot here again.
