I am really disappointed by the lack of response to my noise complaints. I feel like I'm being avoided and that is unprofessional!!!!!!! Why not deal with the issue...

I was one of the original people that moved in the day it opened so I've seen it get worse instead of better since May 2014. The operations aspect of the property is what I have issues with. Since it's a new property and it sort of resembles a hotel inside I only feel that it should stay as clean as a hotel and that's not the case. They need a larger staff to pick up after people. The lady that cleans the place right now is wonderful and she does a great job however, she can't be in 15 different places at one time. If they could find more people exactly like her to keep up with everyday cleaning I probably would have given more stars.
