I went to this practice by a suggestion. And WOW these people have got to be the RUDEST PEOPLE in Virginia Beach. First they didi not have my insurance correct. Second the nurse was very inexprerienced and was quite a "SNIP". Got upset because I asked her how many years of experience she had-because it showed! She was NEW.!! She asked many questions and never bothered look at me in the face. Very rude. Said the doctor would be in and slammed the door. Doctor Kubici came in and I was expecting someone kinda nice-really horrible. He asked me if I was BORN AND BREED here? That was quite OFFENSIVE-I am not a horse ha! I don't have the mentality of this Hampton Roads area either. I asked for some particular blood work and he REFUSED to let me have it. I paid 360.00 for this visit and I could not even get the blood work I wanted!
WHAT??! Crazy! I am the customer and I can not get what I want. NO.

The doctor said he would not charge me and then ended up with a $360.00 bill to be treated like GARBAGE.

DO NOT GO TO TED KUBICI!!! INCOMPETANT
