Have rented several places in Virginia beach, and this is by FAR the worst one I have ever lived in. Dogs crap everywhere it smells very bad, the office people are very rude and act like they all hate their jobs. The walls are so thin, I can hear neighbors conversation on the phone, solicitors, loud music, had service needed to be done and they never came, overall the worst experience ever, they are only after your rent every month. STAY AWAY PLEASE YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!

Worst mistake I have ever, ever, ever made my whole entire life, DO NOT make the same. The apartments look nice, but are very cheap, the walls are very thin, very LOUD, they all treatthe people very poorly, there is NO customer service. most of all they are ALL liars!!!



My credit was near perfect before I have moved there, i had an unfortunate event happened in my life and needed to break the lease, they specifically told me when i signed the break of lease agreement, I am only responsible to pay for the amount of time the apartment was vacant!!!!! THAT WAS IT! Since it was a 1 bedroom apt they said it would go very quickly I wouldn't worry about it too much. My rent was always paid a couple days early, never had any credit problems my whole life. Well, months and months go by, and I get a judgement letter from a lawyer that the cascades are suing me and my ex gf at the time who was also living with me and on the lease, for almost 6,000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS, THEY HAVE LIED and now pursuing me and ruining my credit. This has had to be the worst nightmare, I have ever encountered, please do yourself a huge favor and stay as far away from them, apparently I am not the only one this has happened to.
