prepare for a world of rudeness and attitude from 2 of it female employees. 1 of which is the manager ashley. a group of customers and I witnessed her and her other coworker brag about how she just hung up the phone on a complaining customer who was questioning her too much. Another employee Sherry referred to me as gay in front of other customers after I confronted her about her rudeness. now while I do admit that the male employees are cool and helpful....I'M NOT GAY! And I was absolutely appalled that I had to experience that at the UPS store...MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. 12 THUMBS DOWN! (I only gave a 1 STAR rating because it forced me to.) OHHHH and Don't express a complaint to the owner, he seems nice but oblivious to her reign of terror.... Ashley will call around to try and blacklist u from other UPS stores.. ALL While a line of people are waiting in the line for a copy or a package. Who does that? Or even has time to? even other locations have received complaints and have acknowledged her for her rudeness. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! (letters already sent to BBB).
