I took my 75 Corvette in to have my dash lights and headlights repaired. I had my dash lights and headlights upgraded last year by another shop in Norfolk. Never happy with the results. I met with Gordon at Tidewater and he thought he could resolve my issues. Picked up my Vet today and was thrilled with their work. Met and exceeded my expectations. This place is a total rip off, DO NOT & I Mean DO NOT go to this place unless you want to have your money taken from you. I went in because my remote was not unlocking my car doors, they gave me a new remote, but after I paid them $33.60 for another remote, the new remote still didn't unlock my doors, so they wanted to charge me another $80 to repair the initial problem I went in to have fixed. See what they do is, they take your money and then they tell you that they have a no refund policy. The manager would not even compromise with me on putting the money that I had already paid for the remote toward what it would cost to fix the problem, by the way they still have the remote!!!! This place is a total SCAM, I will never do business with them again, & if I were you, I would suggest you do the same!!!!

I had my car wired up for Amp and Subwoofer components. The overall work was good and solid. Had the tech quote me one price but when it came to pay was quoted about $30 more. After a minor adjustment they knocked it down $20. My only problem was that I left the car there and to job took 7 hours. Usually takes no more than two. I was told that they were backed up and had to squeeze me in. I would have rather waited for another day than sitting in the waiting room for a really, really, really, long time. Over all the work was good and clean. I am going to return for more work on my car and I hope to get the price i was quoted from the sales rep.

They stole my money! Be careful when trying to reason with them. Rip Off.

These guys are very cool and down to earth the owner gordon is a really nice guy and they fixed my car after 2 other shops could not. I heard about them from the car shop of vb and i thank them for the refferal. very professional
