Provided by YP.comThank you to Bruce at Tidewater Sew Vac. I have been a long time customer for over 10 yrs. I've purchased 2 Embroidery machines , vacuum & misc from him over the years. He is the best technician for repairs. When I had a problem with my Embroidery machine & nobody else able to diagnose the problem, he pushed & pushed until he got it to work. He was determined & stood by my side when others wouldn't. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service. So go see Bruce for all your Sewing, embroidery & vacuum needs. And another thing, an inexpensive vacuum is just that, a cheap piece of junk that you will have to replace year after year & in the end cost you more money. Spend the extra dollars from the get go at Tidewater Sew & Vac & get a vacuum that you will have for a lifetime.
