I have had a lot of problems getting the right puppey cut for my shih-tzu and this mother-daughter team knows how to make my little guy look adorable, the way a shih-tzu without a full coat should look. The groomers are mild tempered and genuinely friendly it seems pretty clear that they are animal friendly under all conditions.
