I put in change of address in over 3 months ago and still never received any mail. My mail still going to my old address. This has happened before. There got to be a better way to do a change of address. Went to post office on Viking Drive. Real not much help. They going to talk to the mail carrier. Just like last time and nothing change.

People have attitudes. They also put someone else's mail to your mail box. Lost 2 packages that I've sent to Hong Kong which cost almost $160. Sometimes I would rather go to the one at Laskin Road.

I went in for Passport issue o...

I went in for Passport issue on a Monday, a sign on the front door stated they were full and to come back on Tuesday at 0745. I arrived at 0740 on Tuesday and after standing in line for 10 minutes someone came out and posted a sign stating they would not be doing Passport appointment due to taxes. I asked to speak to a supervisor to which the man replied I needed an appointment. I told him I would like to schedule an appointment and he went into the back office area. When he came back out he said the postmaster was on the phone to which I responded "I will standby." After about 15 minutes another lady came out of the back office and I asked her about the postmaster she didn't seem to really care and went about opening up the locked cages. She returned after around 5 minutes and said I needed an appointment so I said "I'd like to make an appointment". She then told me I cannot make a appointment. "So I can't see the postmaster and I can't make an appointment to see the postmaster?" "Is this dude The Wizard of Oz or something?" She then gave me the 1-800-ASK-USPS and said to call to talk to someone if I wanted. I filed a complaint and I'm currently awaiting a call back from Oz.

I went on Viking Dr on 03/18 to send a small package out of state, and lady who was assisting me (her name is Michelle) had very poor customer service. She didnt greet me at all, no smile, and didnt ask any questions regarding how my package needs to be send. She just assumed that I would send it the regular mail which was true Luckily, I could see the price on signature pad in front of me. I usually go to Witchduck PO, but that day it was more convinient for me to stop by PO on Viking Dr. While she was processing my request, I kept thinking about customer service at the Witchduck PO where everybody is so pleasant and make you feel welcome. It felt awkward, but didn't let her to screw up my day since I was able to run errand on my lunch break. I looked around and another employee who was helping a lady beside me was so nice and was able to make a connection with customer. I even made a comment how happy I am to be able to send a package for my cousins right on time before Easter. She just looked at me with her stoic face, and I was like....Wow! What uncomfortable feeling! I am working in banking business for over 12 years, and trying to give my customers 100%, and this was disgusting. If somebody doesn't feel like working or providing a right service, then that person shouldn't work with customers. Maybe, somewhere in the back... Its so many people without job these days, and after we get treatment like this we can only ask ourselves how can this happen??? How long we are going to tolerate it? The only reason I didnt say anything is because that I would get to upset and emotional, and I couldnt deal with it that day. She just processed my transaction, and didnt even ask me if she can help with anything else. She was just expecting me to disappear from her window when

I got my receipt.... That's why I thanked her and wished her a nice day with a smile! :)

I definetely shared my story with co-workers after lunch break.
