Verizon has given me the worst customer support that I have ever received from a company. they run you around in circles and they say they will send you to someone who can handle your situation but they always send you back to where you started. Their internal services need a revamp because they cannot get their stuff together.

My elderly mom finally decided that she wanted a cell phone. Brought her here because her friend recommended this store. The sales rep (Mimi) was very patient helping her pick out a phone and giving her a class on it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a locally owned store. I love my fios Television and Internet. Dani gave me more channels than COX, saved me money and is sending me a 300 dollars in the mail. It doesn't get any better.

very friendly and knowledgeable. I would give 5 stars but I had to order my Iphone. Wanted it today. :)
