I purchased 6 pounds of the American Kobe NY strips and grilled them with charcoal. 3 out of 5 people ate theirs without steak sauce. That's how good they were! You need to give them an advanced notice, but the service was great. Very clean shop and the butcher is very informative and nice. I highly recommend Village Butcher.

The best place for meat, game and fowl!! The best selection of quality from free range, his own smoked bacon, sausage and cut of beef or lamb from grass-fed stocks. He also has other inventories for the quality chef or diner to include duck, goose, buffolo meat , venison.

Brad is a true professional that is more of a consultant than a "guy over the counter" like chain grocery stores.
