Some tables were not cleared of litter.

Service was very slow.

The condiments table had two ketchup dispensers out of order.

Booth seat was showing signs of wear around the edges,

No receipt was given.

The workers were disgruntled.and abrupt with customers when they deigned to come to the counter.

The restroom had no cover over the ceiling light, cover for toilet paper dispenser hanging down, paint chipped off hand dryer. and roll of toilet paper on the floor. (It looked like it had been trashed.)

The coke tasted watered down. French fries were cold but tasted OK.

Lighting was lacking in some areas of the dining area.

At home we always go to Wendy's because it is the best.

Keep tables and floor clean and free of litter.

Come to the counter promptly and smile.

Keep condiment table supplied and remove broken dispenser.

Refurbish booths.

Give a receipt.

Keep restroom tidy and repair damage.

Keep the Wendy's standards.

Replace non-functioning lighting.
