Second time in a week and purchased fries and they were cold and not fresh. Advertise $1.00 fries but can't seem to put them out hot! Also got chili today and crackers were stale. Expect more out of Wendy's. It's the only Fast Food place I go.

The past two visits to Wendy's (Nimmo Pkwy) have been disappointing. First visit...they forgot several items in my order. Second visit...they were out of several items on the menu...grilled chicken, Dr. Pepper... Also received greasey fries that were disgusting. Fool me once, shame on you....fool me twice, shame on me. Not sure why I went back, but thought maybe the first visit was a fluke. Now I am convinced...the food quality is terrible. Not sure who is running that particular store, but perhaps the Wendy's CEO should go on the "Undercover Boss" TV show...

Good Restaurant

The food here was good and hot and the service was quick. I'd be happy to recommend this restaurant to others.
