I hired Your Maid (owner Carolyn Sharpe) to do bi-weekly cleanings. She quoted me $75./hour for first cleaning. I paid $150.00/2 hours. My hardwood floors were lightly damped mop & I had to redo them & little to NO dusting throughout my house. Next cleaning a different crew came out & I pd $90/2 hours. Floors were done better but little dusting & all over a very poor job ! That evening my husband picked up a piece of wood from Foyer floor & laid it on table n foyer. I then notice the wood came from bottom of my table in foyer. They had to hit it w/vaccum. I notified Carolyn the next day but did not hear from her till the next week only for her to get ugly & denied her girls did it & call me a liar! She wasn’t even here! How would she know if they hit it or not? I emailed her pics of the damage & the next day she said she turned it in to her Insurance Co. However it has now been going on the third week & no one has contacted me.

This was just the best surprise ever! My husband came back from deployment and gave me a gift certificate to have the house thoroughly cleaned. With my full-time job, 3 kids in school and sports, and Joe away, things just got a little out of hand. Your Maid was thoroughly professional and did a great job. I hardly recognized my home! Will call on them again soon.

I've never been treated so poorly!!! I hired Your Maid under a severe time-crunch, as my husband has been redeployed to California and we had to move fairly quickly. The day after the cleaning, I discovered that several things went missing. When I called to report the incident, I was basically called a liar. They have told me that nothing will be done about the theft and that I am barred from doing further business with Your Maid. (As if that had to be said).

YourMaid damaged our master bedroom door, not realizing it had a door stop in the top hinge, they pushed it all the way against the wall, punching a hole in it and forcing the top hinges screws to be pulled out. As a result, the door hangs from the bottom hinge and will no longer close. I assumed YourMaid would fix the situation, but upon calling the owner and suggesting they make a partial payment of $40 (coincidentally the same amount I tipped) would be enough for what I considered a genuine accident. Her response was to accuse me of lying, refusing to make things right, stating that a number of prior clients had lied to her in the past regarding damage, providing no additional justification. She eventually gave in and promised to send a check & never did. I am now perusing the matter in court. Its not about the money, Im not going to be accused of criminal behavior as a honest, paying customer. Any sense of ethics is severely lacking with YourMaid. My out-of-pocket repairs: $122.

I have been using Your Maid for several years. They always do a thorough job--they even clean window sills. They have never broken anything and always show up. They are very flexible if I need to reschedule. I highly recommend them.

Just got home from the hospital and my husband had booked this service for me. What a treat! Reliable, thorough, and professional.

My sister and I got this service for our elderly mother. She can no longer clean her home and we simply don not have time to help. She is very comfortable with the ladies who come in and it is such a relief to not worry so much about Mom's living circumstances. What a blessing!

Your Maid has been cleaning for me for the past 2 years & I'm very happy with their service. I have them come once a month & I'm always glad to come home to my clean house on the second Tuesday of every month! Thank you ladies!

Best decision I have ever made! They were prompt, courteous and very thorough. Can't wait until my next visit.

DO NOT USE THIS MAID SERVICE!! This was the worst maid service I have ever used. I could not even tell they came to clean my house. Items in my house were half dusted, no ceiling fans touched, the only thing they cleaned was my sink in the kitchen, floors were not mopped or cleaned in the bathrooms and not done well in the rest of the house. My kids do a better job and they are only 6 and 10. I am really not sure what they did for the 45 min. and I really wish I had a camera inside to see if they were just sitting around watching TV. This was an unbelievably poor job- I cleaned myself the next day. Wow- if this thing would let me rate them 0 stars I would, they do not deserve a rating of 1.
