I had the pleasure of getting great customer service when i bought some parts for my car. It is hard to find these days!

July 19 2013 I visited Parts city/Champion Auto in Virginia MN. As I asked my question to Levi, Jerry came out and started asking me if I walked off without paying for a brake part. I told him I didn't buy my brake parts there because they didn't know if my Jeep took 9 or 10 inch rotors so I went to the dealer down the road. Then Jerry insinuated I walked off with an extra wheel bearing. I said I bought one and only got one and Levi shook his head yes to confirm. I rented a took kit for that and brought that back and have a receipt. I left the store, returned about 45 minutes later, asked to speak with Jerry because I felt very insulted that he did that to me in front of customers and staff. Levi said he would be back at 8:30pm. Levi continued to tell me that Jerry had Levi look at a video tape and I have the same build as the woman on the tape and we're both wearing white t-shirts. (this event that I was supposed to have done took place about two months ago). Levi also said that my hair was longer and thicker, and on the video, if that were me, I was with some heavy set woman and I said I don't even know anyone from this town (recently relocated). then he continues to say that Jerry thought I paid for two parts but only got one. I said if I needed a part, came in for a part and only got one part I would have been back. I've been back tons in the last two months. THEN he even adds that the part "missing" from the shelf isn't even for my jeep. I said it sounded like he was accusing me of taking parts without paying and Levi said, "Not accusing, asking." I said, you don't do that in front of everyone and make me look like I'm a thief. I called at 8:15, 8:30, and 8:45 and Jerry was no where to be found. Because Jerry is the franchise owner I asked for the headquarters phone number and Bob didn't know that number. I said I will find it on line. I relied on that parts store because they typically had the part I was looking for but being accused of this BS because I am wearing a white t-shirt and female is preposterous. I have been in there almost every week building good rapports with staff, only have one vehicle (Jeep) and I DON"T STEAL. Not happy with Jerry's customer service. The better business bureau needs to hear about this.

I go there for every thing and I have too many cars to list. Great staff,very helpfull,great prices.Any questions you have these guy's can answer.
