I've been going to Jane for years. She is an animal lover and a great groomer. She is responsive to any issues that might be involved with an animal. Her grooming is excellent and her caring matches. She shows dogs, so perfection describes her work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Never mistake her consistent firm behavior. A dog doesn't have to be confused with a wishy-washy personality. When my dog was having trouble getting around, in and out of the car, she would come out to the car to quickly clip Wink's nails. Wink loved her. RIP Wink

Let me start by saying, I think that you did a good job on my dog Sami. Thank you. But using my dog in a petty rivalry by taking her picture and sending that picture and information that was misconstrued by you, is bad business etiquette. You broke my trust, belittled my dog and used bad information to hurt someone. It seems that your plan and your co-conspirator Missi has taken a turn against you and her. When I left your place yesterday, I took about 10 of your business cards to pass along to more of my friends and neighbors. The last time you cut my dog everyone wanted to know where it was done and I told them. Most of those people have visited your business since...THAT WILL NO LONGER BE THE CASE. I have informed them of your deceit and lies and how you belittled Sami because she was bought by me for 25.00 from some woman driving around in a car, had no papers, and was not fixed. Why does any of that matter? I take good care of her. She has all her shots, a good temperament, a good home, many friends and all that meet her, love her. You are an elitist that only cares for those dogs that have the correct linage, correct papers, and correct owners. I wonder what your customers that have mutts like myself would think about how you treated me and my dog. Would they still be inclined to use your business? I hope not! On a final note: I see you participate as a judge for dog shows...tough to break into that I bet. Lets see what they think when I post this and all the other bad press and rating you have gotten. Again, Thanks for everything, you've given me a purpose for for a while. I was just going to play a computer game today called Civilization 5. The object of the game is to conquer the world. But today and until I'm satisfied, you and your business are my new objective. You should apologize now. Bye.

I brought my collie here and when he came home he was full of wounds from being cut with the clippers. He acted strange like he had been beaten. My dog was very upbeat usually and had never acted like he did that day before or since, so I know he was treated terribly there. If I could give negative stars I would but you have to put at least one star to publish this review.

Grooming By Jane is a great place! my dog loves going there! they are so nice and kind to him! i highly recommend it for anyone looking for someplace to board! But make sure you get the daycare for an extra $5.00 so your pet isnt cooped up all day.GREAT PLACE!
