Called AAA to get a vehicle towed. They told AAA 40 minutes until arrival time. Called AAA back 1 1/2 hours later because they hadn't shown up. AAA called them back and was told it would be another 1. Should have been told from the start that it would take that long.

Called them to be tow about 15 miles and they charged $231.75 dollars. This is way more than AAA would have charged.... seems like gouging to me.

Car was to go to different shop. Were told not to touch car! They did it anyway and threatened impoundment. $384.00 for 2 rear brakelines. Be warned!!

I had a big caddy that needed towing from Tower, Mn to Hinckley, MN. They were very helpful, AFFORDABLE, and sincere. As soon as I made the call, they went and picked up my car, and towed it all the way to my house for me.....I am thoroughly impressed with how they conduct business.
