We recently sold our Mother's home through Hall Realty. They worked diligently with us to get it sold within 60 days. There were logistics that needed to be dealt with and some inspection issues also to solve. They were of great help getting this done as we no longer live in close proximity to the house. Really appreciated their hard work and their sensitivity to our situation.

Organicmomma, I have only sued 1 person that was probably you who didn't pay rent and left thousands of dollars damage to my apartment along with 3 truckloads of junk. I give back 100% of security deposits to the normal reasonable person that doesn't destroy my apartments. I was always impressed when you loaded your kids into the car and then lit a ciggy. Btw, how does that judgment feel on your house? Glad my tax dollars could pay for a house for someone who does not work.

Do NOT rent from kyle hall.he will come over unannounced and tell you what you can and can not do constantly. He is very sue happy though he doesnt know the laws. You will never get your deposit back even if the apt is exactly as when you moved in. I cant imagine he runs a better realty business..
