The food is good, not great, but not totally bad. The fries are good. The tacos are full of way too much cheese and the hot sauce is pretty much ketchup. The hamburgers are good. But, the cashier is absolutely rude, beyond belief, it's quite surprising. I've been there a few times and I just went there recently and it's the same rude service. The food cannot honestly make up for the rude employees/cashier.

Bt's by far is disgusting, full of idiotic staff, worst fast food restaurant service I've ever received. First, my order was completely wrong the night before. I returned the next day with the receipt to replace my meal with a correct one. I was told I had to have the food also present. Which they do not have their "policy" listed in the drive thru. After I ordered my meals and had gotten home to enjoy my meal. I was two bites into my hamburger when the thickest, longest, black hair was crammed inside my burger in between the patty and cheese. This hair was placed in my burger intentionally. Not only was the cashier rude as heck. They took forever to get my order out and now I know why. They were taking their time neatly cramming hair into my burger. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in my drinks. When I called in my dispute. The manager simply told me she couldn't do anything about that and that the cook has blonde hair.. yet the staff working all had dark, long hair. Not only did she not offer to refund my order or replace it. She simply did not give a rats a** about my situation. This is by far the worst service I've ever received, I am still disgusted by my hairy burger. Re think going to this restaurant full of stupid, spiteful, and messed up in the head staff.

service is pretty good food is like no other everything is made daily I go every day I can.

This food is so excellent. Although it borders the lines of heart attack worthy, it is worth every calorie. My girlfriend hates going here with me because there is a lack of "salads", but in my opinion the BT SALAD SUPREME, is possibley the best "salad" of all time. Even if it is topped with sour cream, cheese, and mean... Trust me, go here and get the 2 red burrito meal and you will not regret it. -PS secret tip. Mix the ketchup with the hot sauce (3/4 ketchup, 1/4 hot sauce) and you get the best sauce to dip in your fries known to man kind.
