My daughter was court ordered during custody case to a therapist. My Ex chose Claudia who was court ordered to write a report 2xs to the court she only quoted my daughter options and posted my personal texts messages to her. Which she didn’t have my permission to do so. Claudia met me once for a min or so. She went to testify in court on my daughters behalf stating my daughter tells her what a bad mother I am and that she shouldn’t have to ever see me and her father deserves full custody. She failed to do a 730 eval or get any facts or call earl evidence to prove anything. Claudia doesn’t even know me I’m a single mom with 5 children which I fully support all of them. I retired from CDCR and Claudia doesn’t like me because of that. During the day she works at Turning Point where she helps paroles and ex inmates retiring to community. Her recommendations were inappropriate and not based on facts. Claudia stated all her information came from my daughter who she believes tells the truth. That’s a lie my daughter lies all the time to manipulate to get her way because she got caught by me with inappropriate texts suicide tending and porn videos send from my Ex Girlfriends 3 boys. My daughter retaliated against me and was mad at me because I discovered this so she went and lied to court mediator and her therapist Claudia. It’s wrong and Claudia is giving recommendations coming from a now 12 year old child who was involived in this since age of 10. I’m fighting for what’s right and I have this Whack therapist who can’t do the minimum. She stated her evidence is based on what my daughter wants and her feelings and wishes. What is she’s the Fairy God mother? Save yourself the headache of dealing with this therapist. Chose one that’ll properly follow the guilines and laws of Psychology. Do not send your child to her.
