When I first went into Dr. Flaherty office I went in to have my ingrown toenails on both sides of my big toe she was really nice at that point I thought she did a really good job on my toes I went home and I doctored my toes and the next visit was for me to see her I had to work that I didn't get to soak my feet that morning. I left the bandages off so my toes could breath. I went to see her and Dr. Flaherty was rude she told me that I wasn't taking care of my toes. She was mad and she hurt me she was rough handling my toes I kept saying ouch that hurts and she still did not stop. I hsve never in my life had a professional doctor treat me so rude and obnoxious and unprofessional. I never saw her again. At that time I didn't know I was a diabetic I found out about a month later but that does not excuse her unprofessional temp she had a temper and it was just unprofessional. So I waited to see her new Doctor to see if I could get some shoes for my diabetes cause my feet were really bothering me. The first time I saw him he was ok. All he did was tell the person that was in the room taking note,he looked at my toes and use some kind of code never explain to me what the codes were he was cold and he wanted me to use some cream that I had to pay for and that was the last time I saw him and it will be the last time I ever go into that office so I'm telling my story so other people will not have the same experience that I had which was very very poor.So beware of this office is supposed to be professional doctors don't have the same bad experience I had
