No stars deserved. They sold me a tempurpedic pillow that was supposed to be brand new, ordered from the factory. When I picked it up, they gave me a used pillow, the cover smelled like floral washing detergent, the box was stained and old, and the fabric of the cover had piling. New products never have a fragrance unless it is a chemical-like smell and new fabric isn't already showing piling. This is a dirty business, selling dirty, used furniture, and trying to pass it off as new
