I Took my car to Buick GMC their customer service is awesome they treated me like family I took my car in because it was making a loud sound so the parts department checked it and I had to go to work Their shuttle driver John who I would like to recognize the most was wonderful he gave me a ride to work and also picked me up he treated me with dignity and respect! I would recommend anyone and everyone to come to this dealership.

Groppetti Automotive suckered us in a good deal with 0% APR for 72 months with a credit score of 597 with monthly payments of $427 with 4750 downpayment on 7/17/08. Today 7/23/08, we were called to go back to the alership to re-sign some papers. As good citizens, we went and discovered that we were not approved for the 0% for 72 months but the dealership was able to get financing @ 11.97% with monthly payments of close to $ 500 after the $5,000 cash back.

Since they are not prepared to give us our money back, we are told to come back tomorrow to get our downpayment check.
