Great experience at this location. They went above and beyond for my family on such a short notice. Thank you for making our lives easier!

The shuttle service was safe, great and excellent! But the customer service makes me don`t wanna go back.

I got quoted one fee on line and I was given another quote at the counter; The customer service lady asked me if I wanted to buy the gas option and I said no, she insisted that it was better for me because the gas was cheaper, so I said ok.

When I returned the car today with half a tank, anothe lady took care of me; she looked at the current miles, the gas and she went inside.

As we were walking back inside, I told her that I noticed that the car shifts a liitle bit to the left, it`s like a little bit of play on the steering wheel, she was like: Ah ok.

Once inside, she gave me my receipt and that`s when I asked her why it was so much, she said it was because of the full tank of gas.

I told her again that I only used half a tank; she said that by purchasing the gas option, I pay for a full tank wheter I use it or not.

I told her that no one told me that before, why you didn`t tell me?

She replied: Did you ask?

Be careful, don`t let the same thing happen to you.

On 12-20, our plane arrives late, our luggage was lost, went to the other rental car where we had reservation, but it closed an hour earlier, went over to Hetz they were clesed. Wh the lady saw us looking in the window as they were still putting cars away, she came out to see what we needed. Told her our story and bless her heart she open up the store and rented us a car. She was very nice and friendly. Thank you Hertz and your staff for going the extra step.
