I think overall the staff here are decent and caring. However, I have been disappointed in the nurses that distribute the medications to the patients. My mother has a skin condition that requires medicated cream to be applied at least twice a day to relieve itchiness & irritation. What complicates her situation is she has dementia & doesn’t know to ask for her medicine. I visit daily to make sure her needs are met. The problem is I have to ask them to apply the cream and there is rarely any urgency that they attend to her. Today I started asking at 12:30 pm for the cream & continued asking several times until finally at 4:00 pm I went to the supervising nurses station & complained. After which the nurse attended to her. This is unacceptable in my opinion. My mother has scratches & scabs on her body because of her going for hours without her medication. My advice to anyone who has their loved one in this facility is to check on them often to make sure their needs are being met!

i am very pleased the way the staffs care for their residents. My grandmother has been living at Linwood for more than 3 years. They always inform family members when something is going on. They communicate to family members well and make sure that family is well informed. Grandma loves the food! And the place is amazing! It is very clean and does not smell like other places. The staffs there are very friendly. I have seen family members who are very difficult, but they keep themselves on the ground. They are amazing! I commend every staff who works there as they are all doing a great job in taking care of our loveones!

We had been looking for a short term Rehab Center for my Uncle and had been touring other facility's in the area, but none had compare to Linwood Meadows. To be welcome with a warm smile from when we walked in to staff making us feel like we were already part of their family was so comforting. We knew immediately that this is where my uncle would want to be. The Therapy Team was AMAZING!! At the end of his stay, on his way out we were surprised by a Red Carpet that was surrounded with staff that had become our family. What a wonderful experience. There is no place like Linwood Meadows. I would highly recommend Linwood for any loved ones to be taken care of.

My grandma was a resident at Linwood Meadows, the staff was unbelievable, always going above and beyond for not only her but for all the residents. As a family member you want your loved one to be taken care with love and compassionate and thats just what the staff did, from her care to the delicious meals that were served , to the cleanliness of the facility. I would highly reccomend this facilty to everyone. We have no doubt in our mind that my grandma was happy.
