Girl behind the counter at the location on Houston ave made me wait 30 minutes while she helped set up a nice couples account. Then when I went up to get a replacement phone, she said she would go ahead and skip me and take another customers payment first. She seemed to know the girl, so that seems to be the only way to get quick service at this joint. She didn't think that someone could be using my phone or showed any empathy for me at all. She looked more concerned with helping her friend or relative. Aside from that, i've been with Metero PCS for 6 months and its absoloutly the WORST move ever. As soon as I can afford a REAL CARRIER, i will move on. I had to give this a rating of 1, or else it would have got a ZERO!

This place will rip you off do not go there, take your business to another metro if that's the service you really want. The customer service is a joke and they include a warrenty bundle with every phone witch makes the price of the phone higher than what is actually listed!! don't be fooled by these crooks!! They Lie too you and say the accessories are free but you really are paying for them! The Visalia Mall and the Houston store are the same OWNERS!!! Very shady company and I have complained too Metro Corporate , BBB, and spreading the word....
