This place has gone downhill. They are never open when they are suppose to be. When you have posted store hours you should be open during that time. I know they don't have emergencies everyday. They never have product. Their favorite line is we just got a shipment yesterday and sold out already there is no way that is happening every week because you're not open enough for that to be happening. They need to get it together fast NOT slow....

It says that it opens at 9 right now its 11 still closed I don't know what kind of business they're doing but it's not good.

Very helpful and helped me try on wigs they knew everything and instructed me on how to keep product nice they even cut the lace on my wig. I would recommend them to anyone in need of wigs or hair extensions

Horrible service. Super rude. No customer service skills. Never open when they say they will be open. They told me they would be open at 9. I wait til 1030 to go and they are closed.

Well this is a great store they have pretty much anything u can think of as far as extensions wigs so on. I find myself in this store often. Service is not very good so no what u r looking for b4 hand. There is one young lady in there that will help somewhat. The store is very needed
