Need work done on my expidition, called got quote and took it in to Roger's. When called to speak with owner he was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. This owner has NO business owning a business. I don't advise ANYONE take their cars there.

Non-professional owner and place seemed non-organized, would not recommend.

my ac went out in my 2004 toyota camry.. so i decided to shop around for the best deal in town. not only were they by far the cheapest in town they treated me with great respect. they went over the top to explain every detail about what they were going to do to fix my ac. they also had the ac installed the same day and my car was ready to go before they closed!! they also detailed the outside of my vehicle..

I called and spoke to Roger (owner) on Thursday (7/28/11) to get advice and a quote about fixing the A.C. system on my Acura. He was very thorough and sounded very knowledgeable. He explained that the system would be flushed of all debris and recited all parts that would be replaced (compressor, condenser, drier, and expansion valve). Roger quoted me $1050 and guaranteed the work for 1 year or 12k miles. I was convinced to remove my car from the shop that it was in and bring it to him. Friday morning John (mechanic) calls and tells me that the compressor and drier will have to be replaced for $1376.52. I asked about Roger’s quote and he apparently had no recollection. I regretfully agreed. Monday afternoon, John calls and tells me that the AC is now working but he recommends replacing the condenser or else he will not warranty the compressor. John tells me the condenser will cost $500 not including labor. Total cost $2400! I told him no way! I paid $1376 with no warranty.

I later call a local parts dealer to check the price on an O.E.M (original equipment manufacturer) condenser, their price $85.00. In my opinion and that of others in this line of work, I was grossly over charged and misled with the original quote. I will never have my cars serviced with Roger Vogt nor will I ever recommend this establishment to anyone.
