I will never, ever recommend this horrible florist to anyone who needs to order flowers online. I live on the East Coast and I ordered a lovely bouquet with roses through FTD for my mother's 75th birthday, and it went through this florist. An hour after I placed the order for same-day delivery, FTD called to inform me that the 'flowers' were not available and that a substitution would be made. I expressed the importance of the gift, as well as the special sentiment. Instead of roses, the florist prepared a generic-looking arrangment with carnations and a yellow ribbon, which is something I wouldn't even send to a friend in a hospital. I expressed my displeasure, and so I received a phone call at 10:30 pm EST to tell me that the arrangement was being cancelled because 'the florist was out of flowers.' I feel this florist is a liar and a cheat, and my rating is zero stars.

Fast and friendly, literally. I would definitely recommend business with them for your special occasion.
