My husband got his bike stolen and no one did nothing about it. Not vpd or security... So sad.

I went to this salon for my hair color.I was going to some party at my friend's house. when i went there to make an appointment I was shown a magazine from where i selected color & style. I was assured that my hair color will be exactly like that etc. when the day of my appointment came the girl who was supposed to do that was missing. some other girl which they said is more experienced & senior was supposed to do the job.I had no choice as i was going to party next day. i was made to sign some papers which she said every customer signs. But during the process i find out she knows nothing. Every other minute she was going to back room may be to ask somebody or watever. she dyed my hair jet black which i never wanted & cut it short which i never wanted & ruined my previous color which was nice dark brown. When i asked her she started making excuses & said she has no responsibility as i have already signed the papers about responsibility . When i wished to talk to the manager she never showed up. I was looking horrible. It took amlost three hours & more than three hundred dollarsb because she was charging as their senior stylist charge.I was about to faint.I felt like cheated. I rushed to my home. My husband was mad at me. I didn't go to party next day. Afterwards my hair started falling so badly that i almost lost 60% of my hair. I am totally depressed. Whenever i go to mall i never visit j.c. penny & even don't look towards it. Never never recommended.
