I am a demanding customer, I know it. More importantly, AWO knows it and they are always obliging...ready to meet my needs when I need em met. Should a concern arise, Kristi Kellogg is right on it..no procrastination. Roy in Pre-Press always manages to catch the few mistakes we missed before submitting our files and either corrects them in-house or requests a replacement file from us. Tracy in accounting is a joy to work with and together, I feel these people are part of our "company team" and instrumental to our success. A lot of printers may claim to work with customers as a partner but to really feel that...try AWO. Simply put...there is no room for improvement, AWO is that good. I've done business with most of their competitors at one time or another and if you don't have enough grief in your life then give those other printers a call. Me? I'm sticking with AWO. They print, insert, label and mail tens of thousands of my trade publications monthly and have for decades. When something works, you leave it alone. I refuse to even consider quotes from their competitors. Advanced Web Offset sets the customer care bar so high other printers need to charter a plane just to see it. I tip my hat to the owner, he hires quite well.
