This company is extremely unprofessional and flat out ridiculous. The employee's themselves will tell you how horrible the Owner of the company is. Unfortunately for me, I hired them to do a gutter cleaning job at a condo complex before I knew how bad they were. The work was completed but I never received the final invoice. I finally emailed the company to get the final invoice and had the check approved, processed and cut within four days of the receipt of the final invoice. The check was signed and mailed to them. A few months later my assistant received a phone call from the Owner of the company who proceeded to scream at her and tell her that he was going to sue us and take us to small claims court for non-payment. He claimed he had been calling me for three weeks about the payment but I never returned his calls. My assistant researched it and found that the payment had been issued and mailed and called the Owner back to tell him so and left him a message stating that we would be happy to stop payment and re-issue a new check. We never heard back from the Owner but the very next business day I received a petition and order to go to small claims court. I never received notification from the company that the payment was not received. I have emails and phone logs to prove it. I never received a phone call or email from anyone at Condo Care regarding the missing payment. If I had been notified, I would have immeidately researched and issued a new check if necessary. The only call I received from Condo Care after the gutter cleaning job was finished was to ask if I had any other jobs for them to bid on. I will NEVER work with this company again.
