The owner is horrible, she is rude and obnoxious. she cannot keep track of payments. We are $7500 ahead in payments and she claims we owe her more! Greedy greedy greedy. Do not move your loved one here, you will regret it and be stuck. And there's a new care giver every month, none of whom speak English, and the rent is raised every third month. Its horrible!
