BUSINESS DONE RIGHT! Honesty Integrity. I have been patronizing Goldtouch for 10+ years. I'm rough on my jewelery & have had chains repaired, rings straightened many times, typically while I wait. Prices for repairs & watch batteries are at least 1/2 the cost any other I've found. I had Humberto (owner) mount my diamond in a setting purchased from him along with 2 gemstones (= buying 1 ring & 2 saphires. Reasonable I thought). I later had same diamond mounted in a setting purchased @ Gems & Loans in Oceanside & a gemstone in place of diamond (= buying 1 ring & 1 ruby) I was charge 30+% more. When I went to pickup my items which were "paid in full" when selected, according to sales person. I was told I had a $20 balance for the jeweler setting the ruby I purchased. The manager "can not change the charge." *** At Goldtouch I deal with the salesperson, manager, owner, jeweler all in the same person. Small business done right wth honesty & integrity. I've sent my best friend to Goldtouch. My sister refered me, now I'm sending you there too. Joyce H. Vista CA.
