I purchased a hot tub 6 years ago. At that time my children lived at home and they also loved using the Hot Springs Hot tub. Now they are married and they have their own Hot Springs Hot tubs. If you are thinking about buying a hot tub do it but don't buy anything less than a Hot Springs Model. You will not regret your purchase. Go for it!! Enjoy!! Carol Caldwell

I just called them to get help from them on ideas for cleaning my jacuzzi tub in my bathroom. They were not able to help in that sense, but was more than willing to offer the contact information of someone else that could, that was nearby. It was realy helpful. Thank you!

From the time we want into the store, we were treated like what we wanted really mattered. The sales person really understood our needs. The delivery staff was totally professional. And our after delivery support has been unbelievable. For a product investment that most don't understand, it's nice to know that there is a company who cares. I not only can relax in my new Hot Spring Spa but I can also relax in knowing that Hot Spring Spa of Dayton is there when I need them.
