The low price may seem attractive at first, however in the end it is more a strain on you mentally. You will constantly be dealing with loud music radiating through the walls, and managment that does nothing to prevent this. After many complaints you will eventually have to call the cops due to the lack of management supervision. The grounds are a mess, constantly littered with chip bags and people who are too lazy to clean up their dog's feeces. Your car will be broken into. The signs may say that the area is under surveillance, but it is not. The laundry room is atrocious in cleanliness and in any attempt to get a washer or drier. All washing units are generally taken by the tenants that bring trash cans full of laundry. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, IT'S NOT WORTH THE HASTLE!!!
