Excellent training, lots of classes offered, professional staff. Definitely recommend training here for both self-defense techniques as well as conditioning. You won't regret it!

MMA in vista offers an excellent training in Kravmaga as a self defense technic. I've learned so many things in how to defend my self under a stress situation or dealing agains multiple attackers etc..When I took the decision to enroll in this MMA classes, I started from zero, I've been training for almost a year and definitely I see a big difference in my cardio and my fighting technics. I feel mentally strong and confident if I'm in the necessity to use it in a real situation or just stopping the threat. Im training 2 to 3 times at week and I'm very proud to say that I'm a level 2 student and level 3 is coming soon.. The trainers are very professionals and respectful.I got nothing bad to say about them .I'm sorry to hear the comments of the last guy but don't be expecting to learn more than fighting stands if you only practice once or twice a month. definitely it is a challenge but it's very fun and addicted but if you are not in shape you might hate it like the last guy and his bad comments..maybe this is not for you Sir ..too painful... and with all respect Sir..if you are afraid to be touch by an MMA instructor, you will be an EASY target if someone grab you in the street.. better run quick. This is an awful establishment built on nothing but greed. They trick you with a "free trial" - to which you end up paying for. Then they trick you to sign a contract in which they are reluctant to have you read. I learned nothing from these people but how to be patient - from their lack of training they provide and the ridiculous repetitiveness on how to stand - for 4 months they teach you that. They're a money pit praying on people and families looking to learn an art form and self protection.

I would never recommend attending this place even to my worst enemy, because these people are rude, greedy, and don't have clue about customer service.

Not to mention the countless times an instructor would "accidently" touch the chest or bottom of an underage student.



Steer clear San Diegons - especially the one in Vista. This place should be banned from our beautiful city.
