I am going to try my best not to be spiteful in my review; however our recent experience with Nancy Russell Properties, Robin Russell Haeger in particular, was a Nightmare.
I would HIGHLY urge you to do your research and take heed to negative reviews, especially if you are considering this company for asset management. I will say, our experience as renters, years prior, went without a hitch when her mother Nancy was primarily involved. Now, with Robin Haeger at the helm, it is a disgrace.
Per our most recent experience, that of 2019, Robin Haeger exposed herself as a full-on LIAR and master manipulator, looking out for none other than her own interests.
She supposedly ran a background check on an individual whom she claimed was squeaky clean, with impeccable credit. This con turned out to be a nightmare tenant for us, all thanks to Robin's so-called thorough verification process. Took my wife all but five minutes to look him up on-line only to discover he had been swindling folks from Florida to Colorado and now California. Feel free to look him up yourself: Russel "Trae" Smith; self proclaimed Videographer/Photographer. You will even find a local Colorado news clip associated with his scamming activity.
The question we have is, 'How can someone claiming to be so well versed in property management (with repeated expressions such as: "not my first rodeo" and "years in the business..") procure such low class filth??'
So glad to be done with both these parties!
My wife and I would NEVER recommend this property management company to anyone, especially with Robin Haeger involved.
Stay away from this SNAKE.. Learn from our HUGE MISTAKE.

Don't trust them. They will rip you off. They are known to take tenants deposit for ridiculous things and charge you for things that they refused to repair, when you asked them to. Don't do business with this company. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Be careful. They act sweet at first until you sign that piece of paper then watch out! Take pics of everything, because you will need them. Trust me. They will run a property to the ground!
