We have been using Ruby Slipper for years. They have gone out of their way to help us with unusual specialty lifts and soles. They are the nicest people to work with and they always find a way to help. I give them 5 stars and a hi-5.

This is the worst place to go for anything other than being abused I wait and wait and wait while big lady shakes down a couple for large sums of money and finally tells me it is impossible to fix my belt. I took it home and repaired it myself in 15 minutes. I would have paid $40 for the repair. Incompetence abounds.
