Ordered a cappuccino from the counter which was at the end of the store , walked back to where the condiments were at the entrance and there was no regular sugar white or brown. Walked back down to the end of the store to get sugar and they only had white, went back up to the end of the store to get a stirrer and they were out of those also, so I had to walk back down to the end of the store and get a straw with which to stir my coffee.
Took my coffee outside and scalded my tongue as it was way too hot and I had to wait a long time before it was drinkable.

something has drastically changed in the flavor of the skiny vanilla lattes in the past 2 months. i have purchased 6 inthe last 6 weekends and each one is non-drinkable. tastes like the syrup is rotten. been too embarrassed to take back to this store and shame on me for returning hoping the taste will be better. this is the only location with the rancid flavoring. will no longer return to this starbucks. somehing has seriously changed. i hope more drinkers agre and speak up.
