DONT DO IT

Hi I just recently moved from waterleaf apts and it was a horrible experience. When we first decided to move there we put a downpayment on a downstairs apt that faced the pool and the day we moved in they took us to an upstairs apt that faced the road! We were so mad, they would not work with us at all. It all started out with the bathroom sink it leaked and it took them 5 times to fix it and it molded the bottom of my cabinet. There was a horrible stench throught the house and it was coming from downstairs reason being there washer flooded there whole house and molded everthing the smell was leaking through the walls and they still have not fixed their apt!!!! When we moved i cleaned the apt from head to toe and expected to get my deposit back well i was wrong they took all my deposit and sent me a bill through the mail wanting more money!!!! They also made us pay the rent 4 may even though we were not going to be there cause you have to turn paperwork in on the 1st and i didnt get it to them untill the 3rd! They will rip you off and they take advantage of military so dont let this happen to you do not waste your money that you work hard for on a crappy apartment like this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
