The worst service, the owner is a sucking up snake in the grace. Don't go any this or any Verizon store. Bad serviceacross the board.

Great employees at this place. They served my entire family. I had one guy cracking jokes at the register on the computer, another guy applying my screen protector, one guy transferring my contacts to the new phone, and the last guy giving my daughter a tutorial. I can't praise these guys enough, I'm never going to another place again for phones.

I've never had so much fun at a verizon store. I am sold for life, this is the place to be.

Best shop I've been to. Got a great deal, the salesmen were very friendly and helped me out a lot. Even gave me a tutorial on my new smart phone. Very knowledgeable folks over there. Highly recommended.

I called to speak to the owner about a bad transaction I had with this business, but the employees kept stonewalling me and would not let me speak with the owner, Dru Soni. Eventually they started calling me apalling names and would hang up on me. Bad business, horrible business practices!!! Avoid at all cost!!

This is the best Verizon store. Lee Chong, the Store Manager, definitely knows how to please the customers. He got me a great deal on a new phone, kept my current phone plan and answered questions for me after I got home. If you need or want a new phone whether you have Verizon or are looking to switch, this is the place to go.
