I have had several missed pick up this year, not counting all the other years I have been with this company (more than 10). I have sent missed pick up on their site and never get a reply. My pick up is on Fridays, they missed last Friday and I have sent a missed pick up message every day but I call and talked to someone, than I asked to about a credit for the missed pickup so they transfer me to someone else ant they said that my trash would be picked up the nextday, that was Tuesday and on Wednesday guess what it was not picked up. They did not want to give me a credit for the missed pickup because they were coming out the next day to pick it up. I told them my trash was overflowing and they said I could put the extra bags on the ground. I did not because I do not what to be picking up 2 week old stinkie trash up when the animals get into it.
